We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal information. This includes:

Your name, email address, or any other personal identifiers.
Your chat history, prompts, or the content of your conversations.
Your API keys.

Information Handled by the App

API Keys: The App requires you to enter API keys from third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Nebius) to function. These keys are stored securely in the macOS Keychain on your local device. They are never sent to our servers or any other third party besides the AI provider you explicitly choose to use.
Chat Content: All of your chat conversations, including any text, images, or audio files you use, are stored locally on your device's file system. This data is not accessible to us. When you send a message, the content is transmitted directly from your device to the selected third-party AI service provider.

Third-Party Services

Silkwave acts as a client to connect you with various third-party AI services. Your use of these services through our App is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We encourage you to review the policies of any AI provider you use.

Data Storage

All your data, including API keys and chat history, is stored exclusively on your local device. If you delete the App, this data will be removed.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
